Northern Trailblazers Summer Training Program

Our summer training program will provide athletes interested in our 2019-20 elite programs an opportunity to prepare for the season beginning in the Fall. Players will receive 5 hours of training each week in the forms of 2 90-minute on-court sessions and 2 60-minutes dryland sessions @ Holy Trinity’s track. The Summer program is for BOTH GIRLS AND BOYS.Β  The goal of the program is to give young athletes an opportunity to prepare for the athletic year ahead.

Ages: 9-17

Monday Strength and ConditioningΒ 

Location: Holy Trinity Track

Time: 6:30-7:30 pm

Dates:Β  July 29th, August 12th, August 19th

Tuesday Skill Development

Location: St. Kateri Catholic School

Times: U11-13 6:00-7:30 -pm U15-17 7:30-9:00 pm

Dates: July 30th, August 6th, August 13th, August 20th

Wednesday Strength and Conditioning

Location: Holy Trinity Track

Time: 6:30-7:30 pm

Dates: July 31st, August 7th, August 14th, August 21st

Thursday Resistance Training Β Β 

Location: St. Kateri Catholic School

Times: U11-13 6:00-7:30 -pm U15-17 7:30-9:00 pm

Dates: August 1st, August 8th, August 15th, August 22nd
